We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was linked to other amazing hotels like Meridien Mina Seyahi and Westin. The rooms were really good, and the design and interior of the hotel were beautifully done. Well kept, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was superb, and the head server took special care of us, making sure we had vegetarian options and even preparing special meals for us. The staff, from the housekeeping team to Anthony who helped with our bags, were all friendly, making our trip nice.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided a truly indulgent experience. the Spa & wellness centre and massages offered were fantastic, leaving us feeling completely relaxed. the stunning outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect spot to soak up the sun. the location advantages were great, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to JBR beach.
Although the service was friendly, there seemed to be a lack of organization and urgency, resulting in long wait times for drinks and meals. the noise from the night club was quite loud and disturbed our sleep.

The design and overall vibe of the hotel create a captivating energy that sets the perfect tone for a nice stay. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, offering a good retreat. Our stay at W Dubai - Mina Seyahi, Adults Only was enjoyed by both our family and adult children. The hotel's service was generally great, but one staff member, Moussa Abboud, were very good too resolve an issue with one of our booked rooms. He ensured our guests were happy by upgrading their room and arranging a late checkout. We were impressed and felt that our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. The rooftop bar is fabulous, adding to the really good experience.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were attentive and replaced towels as needed. Breakfast was really good, with special meals prepared for vegetarians. The head server provided excellent service. The staff, including Anthony, were courteous and helpful.

There were instances where the staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in longer wait times for assistance.
